Pakistan, Islamabad News : Vowing to go ahead with his ‘Azadi March’ no matter what, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Imran Khan Tuesday rejected a judicial probe into alleged rigging in 2013 elections before Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s resignation.
“PTI will march towards Islamabad to bring down the monarchy of ‘King Mian Nawaz Sharif’ in the face of all the hurdles raised by the government”, Khan told a press conference in the wake of prime minister’s address to the nation.
Khan said that even a commission comprising Supreme Court judges would not be able to work independently as long as Nawaz Sharif was in the office of prime minister.
He also said that “We will accept a judicial probe only under a caretaker setup. Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) has to relinquish power to come to terms with our demands”,
