Pakistan News, Islamabad News : Chief of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf has decided to change the venue for the PTI Rally in Islamabad after the wake of government’s plan to thwart the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Aug 14 Azadi March in Islamabad.
Federal Government of the Pakistan has decided 15 day independence celebrations plan apparently to discard the PTI Rally from Islamabad.
In this connection, a ceremony will be held outside the Parliament House. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and all three services chiefs will attend the ceremony.
A limited military parade will also be organized on the Independence Day.
The government’s tactic has divided the opinion of PTI leaders who are now advising party leader Imran Khan to consider change in the rally venue.
Khan has reportedly sought suggestions from his stalwarts for an alternate venue.
Sources said the PTI leadership has prepared a contingency plan in case the federal government detains Imran Khan and other leaders ahead of the Azadi March.
