Power cuts will be eliminated in 2017 from Pakistan

Pakistan News : The State Minister for Water and Power, Abid Sher Ali, has claimed Wednesday the power cuts will be eliminated from the country by 2017.

Abid Sher Ali said in his address at a ceremony in Islamabad this day that the power crisis has hurt the common people and economy of the country severely.

“The government is working on short-term and long-term power projects to tackle power crises in the country,” told the power minister.

“Special energy parks and new hydel power projects are being launched while sites for six nuclear power plants have been selected and very soon work on these projects will start,” added Abid Sher Ali.
