Flood in Pakistan inundated more than 200 villages

Pakistan News : Due to the high floods in Ravi Tawi, Nalluh Dek and Basantar at least 200 villages were submerged and standing crops on several acres destroyed.

Sources said road links and bridges were washed away by the gushing water in Sialkot and Rajanpur, as a result people were stranded.

More than two dozen villages of Sialkot and Gujranwala were submerged in floodwater. Two children died while trying to save the animals in village Bhaiya.

Flood warning has been issued for more than 150 villages adjacent to Chiniot near River Chenab.
