Pakistan News : In a blast attack at the Pakistan-Afghanistan border near Chaman at least five official killed including senior Afghan official and 20 other injured on Friday.
Sources told that attacker blew himself while targeting the vehicle of Afghan border forces.
Sources also said that “Our forces miraculously survived since the blast happened at Friendship Gate at Pak-Afghan border”,
An Afghan border force official, who did not want to be named, said five Afghan border security men were killed and another 20 sustained injuries. He confirmed that Afghan border commander Akhtar Muhammad had also been killed in the explosion.
Frontier Corps sources, however, said that some Pakistanis were also among the injured.
Pak-Afghan border was immediately closed after the blast.
