Pakistan News – Sources added that CJ of Pakistan has told that all citizens of Pakistan will enjoy the same rights under the law.
Nobody is above the law, he said, adding that no one has the authority to sentence an accused without proof of crime.
He said that annual training for judicial officers is vital. Following the implementation of National Judicial Policy, there is a remarkable reduction in pending cases.
The chief justice said that serious deliberations are under way to link the promotion of judicial officers with compulsory training at the judicial academy.
