Islam is religion of Peace and Stability said PM

Pakistan News – Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has said that Islam is the religion of peace and stability and negates extremism, sectarianism and terrorism.

In his message on the occasion of Eid-Milad-un-Nabi (Peace Be Upon Him), the Prime Minister said the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) do not allow the murder of any innocent person and spread of discord in the land.

He said Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) brought the message of humanity, peace, stability and thoughtfulness to the world.

He said after the arrival of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) Allah Almighty completed the religion of Islam and a spiritual revolution is seen in the entire world.

The prime minister congratulated the entire Islamic world and Pakistan on the occasion of Eid-Milad-un-Nabi and prayed for the progress and prosperity of the Muslims.

The Prime Minister said that following the footsteps of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and above from all groupings, religious and political differences, we should maintain unity, solidarity and fraternity in our ranks.

He said, “We should promote Islamic and democratic values and service to the people in our manners and make the homeland a citadel of peace and prosperity by defeating nefarious designs of the enemies.” Agencies
