Pakistan, Karachi Updates : Key accused in Shahzaib Murder case, Shahrukh Jatoi has been declared less then 18 years of age in medical report.
Shahrukh Jatoi’s physical age is less than 18 years and he is yet underage, stated his medical report, issued this day. Surgeon Dr. Jalil Qadir Memon of Karachi Services Hospital has prepared medical report of the key suspect in Shahzaib murder case.
Most of the legal experts have said that underage accused usually get relaxation in murder cases but the public prosecutor has said that the younger accused cannot take any advantage under Anti-Terror-Act.
