Pakistan News / CNG Price > Increasing of price in CNG plea has been rejected by the Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday, E Pakistan News Reported.
Two-member bench of the SC headed by Justice Jawad S Khawaja, on Wednesday heard CNG pricing case. In his remarks, Justice Khawaja said there is a cartel in the country and it appeared prices are fixed on its demands.
Moreover he stated that business is done on the basis of profit if it suits businessmen they must carry out, if not they should shut it down, adding the court is to take the issue as per law and does not care whether CNG stations are closed or phased out.
