Flood Destroyed 2000 Houses in Balochistan

Pakistan News / Quetta Flood News > According to the latest news, In Balochistan flood destroyed the 2000 houses where half million peoples become homeless and waiting for the help said Chief Secretary of Balochistan Babar Yaqoob, E Pakistan News reported.

Continue Rain and flash floods in the areas of Balochistan like Naseerabad and Jaffarabad districts cause many damages and destroyed the crops on many thousands of acres completely.


“Dera Allah Yar, Dera Murad Jamali, Sohbat pur, Manjopur, Manjoshori areas are still under two to six feet of water, increasing the plight of the thousands of families living in these areas,” he said while talking to reporters at the Provincial Disaster Management Auhtority’s office in Quetta.


Yaqoob told that he had contacted his counterpart in Sindh and asked him not to divert water from Jacobabad towards Balochistan as it would worsen the situation in the country’s largest province.


“We are in contact with the Sindh government to avoid more losses in Balochistan,”


He told that PDMA, provincial government , Pak Army and FC are working in the rescue of people with six army helicopters and 18 boats.
