Today PPP Will show Muscle in Sindh

Latest Pakistan News > PPP Jalsa – Ratcheting up the pace of its ‘Save Constitution’ campaign in response to the mass movement by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) against the government, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is all geared up to display its strength in Sindh today.

Today PPP Will show Muscle in Sindh

The ruling party will show its muscle in its staunch stronghold of Kammu Shaheed located on the border of Sindh and Punjab after it failed to get its movement off the ground from Lahore.

The caravans of the PPP activists are arriving in the public gathering site from other cities of the province.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah claimed the venue is large enough to accommodate millions of people.

Security arrangements have been made around the gathering site. Cold water has been made available on mass level keeping in view the scorching weather conditions.

It should be mentioned here that Kammu Shahdeed is the constituency of MNA Mian Mithu and MPA Jam Mehtab Dahr; hence, the venue is all furnished with the large-size images of the hosts.

Meantime, the PML-N has amped up its demand to the PM Gilani to quit premiership after the contempt conviction by the Supreme Court (SC). But, CM Shah remarked Gilani is still the Prime Minister.

The political analysts assert today’s showing by the ruling PPP will determine the course of its ‘Save Constitution’ in future vis-à-vis the PML-N’s ‘PM Hatao tehreek’ (Remove PM Movement).
