Gilani Reached to Supreme Court

Latest Pakistan News/ Islamabad – Prime Minister of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gillani Reached to the Supreme Court of Pakistan , on Tuesday – E Pakistan News Reported.

Prime Minister will face Supreme Court today, Security is very high at SC Area and Vehicle  is not allowed under 1KM area of Supreme Court. More then 100 security guards are alert there.

A seven-strong bench of the Supreme Court (SC) is currently hearing National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) Implementation case which saw a turning point when Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani appeared before the bench stressing that he did not intended the contempt.

Standing on the rostrum before the seven judges, the PM Gilani noted he acted in absolute harmony with the Constitution which enshrines immunity for the President of the state.

Justice Nasirul Mulk appreciated the PM Gilani’s appearance at the court.

He maintained that he never attempted such a step which caused the contempt of the court, adding the PPP leadership from Zulfikar Ali Bhutto to President Asif Ali Zardari appeared before the court.

Yousaf Raza Gilani Said that I came here to appear before the court under charge while others showed up as a token of respect for the judiciary.

According to the latest news Court stops the hearing. Aitezaz is demanding one month for this case.

Supreme Court give the time of 2 weeks to the PM & Hearing adjourned till Feb.1
