Afaq Ahmed not to be arrested in kidnapping case

Karachi: Sindh High Court – SHC declared that Mohajjir Qaumi Movement – Haqiqi leader Chief Afaq Ahmed not to be arrested over Khalid Hussain Kidnapping case on Tuesday, E Pakistan NEWS reported.

Afaq Ahmed was arrested in Khalid Hussain Kidnapping case but no evidence found in court against him; court take decision not to be arrested Afaq Ahmed.

Afaq Ahmed talking to the media persons after the court hiring, he said Zulfiqar Mirza was raising his voice against terrorism in Karachi, which is creditable.

He added that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain should leave his British nationality and return to Pakistan.

Separately, the court called the Prosecutor General and Advocate General Sindh on November 26 with orientation to a petition filed by Mr. Ahmed.
