UNESCO unity with the vision of a two-state solution

Latest Breaking News: UNESCO membership is accordance with the vision of a two-state solution : Faisal Muhammad

The approval of Palestinian membership by the UN cultural organization’s general assembly is a positive step, E Pakistan News reported.

This decision will not turn the Palestinian Authority into an actual state but the achievement to join the UNESCO opens the door for Palestine to become a member in all of the United Nations agencies an EU based International Mediator Faisal Muhammad said.

Faisal who has also an status of “Observer Islamic Countries” said Palestine`s bid for UNESCO membership is in accordance with the vision of a two-state solution and therefore we are supporting it, despite opposition from the US government.

Talking with E Pakistan News service Faisal urged this step would be pressured to Israel resume start peace talk because Palestinian strive for an independent country, but  the road to a Palestinian state, first of all, is through direct negotiations with Israel.

Answering Israel’s move to allow more settlements in the occupied territories after the Palestinians secured membership of UNESCO he said, this is totally illegal & revenge full act by Israel which would be caused starting to violate international’s role and regulations.
