Laywers call strike against Musharraf

Pakistan News/Islamabad: Pakistani Lawyers call strike against Former President Pervez Musharraf set emergency rule in the country on November 3, 2007.

Laywers call strike against Musharraf

According to E Pakistan News Correspondent on November 3, 2007 Government Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry along with his family took in custody.


The laywers remained submit application in court and call strike against Pervez Musharraf.


Laywers carried black flags and they also strike in bar counsels, they also sporting black bands on their arms.


Recently elected President of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Yaseen Azad publicized that lawyers would boycott courts’ dealings to criticize the former military dictator’s assault on judiciary on November 3, 2009.
