Latest News/Lahore – Pakistan Cricket selection committee announced the 16 members of team for One Day International (ODI) against Sri Lanka including Shahid Afridi, Abdul Razzaq and Shoaib Malik on Thursday, E Pakistan News reported.
Selection committee against make choice and give chance to play for nation to Shahid Afridi, he announced his retirement in May 2011.
Shahid Afridi announced his retirement after the clash with PCB Chairman, and Team coach, when he declare his retirement he said if both are remove he will be back to the team, now both are not still part of Pakistani Cricket committee so, Shahid come back in national Squad.
He also said; captaincy doesn’t matter for him, he would be played any other captain of National Team.
Misbah-ul-Haq is current captain of Pakistan National Team and Shahid said he pays his full attention, performance and support to captain Misbah-ul-Haq.
Abdul Razzaq 31 year’s old Pakistani all-rounder has facing ignorance since world cup but previously played in Hong Kong Super Sixes as a Captain, he won the series.
Razzaq also well experienced batsman and bowler; he also played hundreds of one-day international (ODI) matches.
Umar Akmal; the younger brother of Kamran Akmal also back in national squad after missing the PAK vs SL test series.
Pakistan have strong position in Test series, one match won and other one is end with out any result so Pakistan took 1-0 points in test series.

Misbah-ul-Haq (captain), Imran Farhat, Mohammad Hafeez, Younus Khan, Umar Akmal, Asad Shafiq, Sarfraz Ahmed (wicketkeeper), Shahid Afridi, Abdul Razzaq, Shoaib Malik, Junaid Khan, Umar Gul, Aizaz Cheema, Sohail Tanvir, Saeed Ajmal and Abdul Rehman.
Pakistan will play five one day international matches and one Twenty20 (T20) against Sri Lanka in Dubai on November 11, 2011.
