231 politician memberships Cancel by ECP

Pakistan News/Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan – ECP politician’s memberships cancel due to non submission of their declaration of their accounts with in the specific period as short time on Friday.

ECP spokesman give details about those politicians there memberships canceled included 13 Senators, 103 National Assembly, 58 Punjab Members, 23 Sindh Members, 28 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa(KP) and 6 MPA from Balochistan Assembly.

Total Politician 936 out of 1170 submitted their statements of accounts and other 231 failed to submit their statements of accounts.

The spokesman stated that 231 political leaders shall stop to role as member with immediate effect and till submission of the statement of accounts.

Famous in the middle of those, whose membership had been canceled included: Dr Asim Hussain, Abdul Hafiz Shaikh, Rehman Malik, Chaudhry Ahmed Mukhtar, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Sardar Awais Ahmed Khan Leghari, Jamshed Dasti, Mian Riaz Pirzada, Makhdoom Muhammad Amin Fahim, Syed Naveed Qamar, Nabeel Gabol, Syed Ahmed Mujtaba Gilani, Syed Abdul Qadir Gilani, Nargis Faiz Malik, Arbab Ghulam Rahim, Muhammad Ali Durrani and Pervaiz Rashid.
