Chinese fighter jet crashed in air show

Latest Breaking News: A Chinese fighter jet went down to the earth and blow up as it took part in an air show in northern China on Friday, state media reported.

According to the story, China’s captured a television CCTV showed images of the Chinese-made plane falling from the sky and stuffed into flames when it hit the ground at the show in Shaanxi province of China.

The pilot exit safely with parachute, but a local reporter told at the scene that the parachute had not fully opened and it was uncertain whether the pilot was injured when he landed.

There were no wounded on the ground, plane completely damaged.

On the other hand, its is not cleared that which plane was crashed because two fighter jet were in the air and take a part in a air show, CCTV said it was a Xiaolong (“Fierce Dragon”) fighter jet — or FC-1 — which is the result of a joint Sino-Pakistani development programme that started in 1999.

“The plane had some break down and an investigation team has been sent to the scene,” said a spokeswoman for the China International General Aviation Convention, the organizer of the air show held in Xian’s Pucheng Neifu airport.
