Pakistan News: Pakistan Government extended the deadline of the arm weapons license from August 31 to 30 September, 2011.
According to a press release the matter concerning old licenses revalidation issued by the Ministry of Interior by August 31, was analysis in a meeting chaired by Senator A Rehman Malik, Minister for Interior.
The meeting is resolute to extend revalidation deadline from August 31 to September 30, 2011.
All district level offices of NADRA will accept requests for revalidation.
Arms license holders have been requested to bring with them while visiting NADRA offices their original National Identity Card, original arms license and application form duly filled in.
The government licence fee has also been waived and only a nominal fee of Rs.500 will be charged. / APP
