Afghanistan French fighter jet crashed

Afghanistan French fighter jet crashedA French army spokesman said that in the crashing of French fighter jet in Afghanistan crew escaped without injury.

French army spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Eric de Lapresle said: A Mirage 2000-D crashed 100 KM west of Farah.

According to him cause of crash was the fire of enemy and the crew has been recovered in a good health.

The crew members are uninjured and have been recovered and the crash site has been secured it is said in statement. Now investigation is going on.

The total numbers of French troops are 4000 stationed in Afghanistan as part of 130,000 international force fighting the Talban.
