WELLINGTON: Pakistan and New Zealand would clash in the third ODI face-off of the six- match series at the AIMs stadium in Christchurch today.
The hosts have a 1-0 lead in the series. The second match at Queenstown was rain-washed out after Pakistan set out with a splendid start.
Captain Shahid Afridi said if all team members played in sync, then the result could be different, adding every players would have to perform responsibly.
New Zealand tour will be the last chance for the team to improve its departments including batting, bowling and fielding, Afridi said.
Earlier, the two teams had their practice session for third ODI, in which Ross Taylor will lead New Zealand side, as Daniel Vettori has been given rest and will be replaced with Luke Woodcock.
