Latest Breaking News Pakistan Politics: Ten (10) Points of Nawaz Sharif latest Video.
Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Monday said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) had given a grace period to the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) government to implement the 10-point agenda given by the party chief Nawaz Sharif.
Talking to reporters outside the provincial assembly on Monday, Sanaullah said the PML-N was not hopeful that the PPP would change its behaviour but gave them a chance to correct themselves. Commenting on the political turmoil between PPP and PML-N and Nawaz Sharif’s 10-point agenda demand, he said it was not a fixed match and they did grant a grace period to PPP with the intensions to block the ‘extortion mafia’.
He said the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) was desirous of getting into the power corridors, but PML-N was working on a public oriented agenda.
The law minister said that ‘extortion mafia’ just wanted to hike its rate but the PML-N blocked their blackmailing. He said the country was facing a serious problem of corruption. “If we have to put the country on the path of development, then the rulers must act upon the decisions of courts,” he said.
Sanaullah said the PML-Q was not a political party but a “bunch of opportunists”, who were gathered by a dictator. Responding to the statement of Punjab PPP President Imtiaz Safdar Warraich, he said such statements were given just for point scoring.
