Pakistan Flood relief Cheque presented

LONDON: A nine member delegation of Pakistan Welfare Association, Southampton, Southern England, called on High Commissioner Wajid Shamsul Hasan and presented a cheque of pound sterling seven hundred and seventy for Prime Minister’s Flood Relief Fund.

The High Commissioner appreciated the Association for raising funds for flood victims and said every little help is crucial for the flood affected people in Pakistan.
The group was led by Association President Syed Shah Ahmed Moeed, and Secretary Ahmad Hussain. Other members were  Asaf Ali Beg, Mohammad Ishaq, Haji Rasheed, Ms. Shaheen Bibi, Ms. Habiba Yusuf,  Mariam Shakee and volunteer  Ms. Tabassum Ali. – APP
