Death of Ali Ayaz Fakhri confirmed by Pakistan embassy in US

ali ayaz fakhriLAHORE: The Pakistani Embassy in US confirmed on Tuesday that senior actor Jameel Fakhri’s son Ali Ayaz Fakhri was dead.

Speaking to DawnNews Pakistan’s ambassador to US Hussain Haqqani informed about the death of Ali Ayaz Fakhri. He added that it cannot be confirmed if it was a murder or an accident.

According to sources the FBI confirmed Ali Fakhri’s death after analyzing his DNA.Jameel Fakhri while talking to the media at his residnce said ” My son has no enemity with any one.” He also said that the embassy had not given any information about the body.

DNA report of his son Ali Fakhri had been received, said one report.

The Foreign Office Spokesman Abdul Basit said on Saturday that Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi had taken strict notice of senior actor Jameel Fakhri’s missing son case who was reportedly lost in the United States in mid 2009.

Talking to a private news channel he had said, “I am confident that within few days, situation would be clear as special directives to know whereabouts of Ali Ayaz, son of Jameel Fakhri, have been issued to Pakistan Consulate General of New York and Pak Embassy of Washington.”He also informed that Foreign Secretary had talked with authorities concerned and all out efforts were being made to reach the truth.
